1. Donations
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations to the Callaway Volunteer Fire Department may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A confirmation email will be sent after each donation, which you may keep for your records. Recurring donations can be canceled through your donor account with Wix Payments. If you need assistance ending a recurring donation, please email us at info@callawayvfd.org.

 

2. Merchandise Sales (Future Use)
This section will apply once our online store is active. All merchandise sales will be subject to availability and clearly listed prices. A detailed refund and return policy will be published before merchandise sales begin.

 

3. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Wix Payments. We do not store your credit card or payment information. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of Wix Payments.

 

4. Event Ticket Sales (Future Use)
If tickets are sold for events, all ticket sales will be final unless the event is canceled by the Callaway Volunteer Fire Department. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted regarding refund or rescheduling options. Tickets may not be resold for profit without prior written permission.

 

5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We will publish a Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and protect your information. This policy will be linked on our website once available.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Callaway Volunteer Fire Department is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, your donation, or any future purchase of merchandise or event tickets.
